Refunds
Updated September 12, 2026
Billing is currently in Stripe test mode. Test payments do not charge real money and cannot be refunded as real money.
Processing credits
Failed jobs and unfinished jobs you cancel or delete return their reserved credits automatically. Deleting a completed clip does not return credits already used. If a successful job produced an unusable file, contact Support with the video title and what went wrong so we can investigate and restore credits where appropriate.
Real payments, when available
If you are charged in error, charged twice, or cannot use the paid service because of a fault, request a review through Support. Include your account email, payment date and the problem; never send card details. We will investigate and, where a refund is owed, issue it to the original payment method. There is no automatic refund merely for deleting an account or cancelling a renewal. Your applicable consumer rights still apply.
For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple; Apple handles its refund decisions and payments.
Stop future renewals
Open Account → Manage billing for web subscriptions, or Apple subscription settings for Apple subscriptions, to cancel. You can keep access through the paid period, or delete your account to end access immediately. Payment-provider posting times vary after an approved refund.
